If you need to exchange or return an order, please contact us. for complete instructions and an RMA number. ALL returns require an RMA number and will not be accepted without one.

New, Unopened Items in Original Packaging

When returning a new, unopened item still in the original packaging:

• New, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days
• Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee
• Shipping fees will not be reimbursed

Opened Items

When returning an opened item:

• Contact us for authorization BEFORE attempting to return any item that is not in its original condition or is missing packing or parts
• If we accept the return, it will incur a restocking fee up to 50% depending on condition
• Shipping fees will not be reimbursed

Defective Items

When returning a defective item:

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days to arrange a replacement
• It some cases it may be necessary to return the item to MagicardRibbon.com for evaluation to determine the type of failure or defect. As long as the item is under warranty and/or failed due to manufacturer defect, we will credit you for return shipping and ship your replacement item for free
