Shipping Methods

We ship our ribbons and Magicard printer parts worldwide. FedEx is our carrier of choice for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping

APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

For international addresses, we use FedEx Worldwide shipping. For customers in Canada, we use FedEx standard ground shipping.

International orders may require customers, import, or export taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping times may be affected by customs delays.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address

If, after placing your order, you discover that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us to make the changes. As long as your order has not shipped, we can correct this for free.

If you need to correct the address after your order has shipped, please contact us to coordinate these changes.

Shipping Times

Orders for items in stock received Monday through Friday prior to 4pm PST will generally be shipped out the same day they are received. Online orders and orders placed after the shipping cutoff, as well as orders to be sent USPS, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday may be scheduled for a Saturday delivery at an additional cost. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom, special, or out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible.
